19 days agoIn Tripoli, the Libyan capital, reports this evening indicate that clashes have spread across the capital, which is controlled by the Government of National Unity. Clashes also took place between government forces and the "Deterrence Forces" in a prison, resulting in the escape of a large number of prisoners. The Red Crescent Society in Tripoli declared a state of emergency.
